Jay Duskin is a partner at the Law Firm of Duskin and Crowe that provides legal services to landlords and tenants for both commercial and residential landlord and tenant proceedings and also drafts and reviews residential and commercial leases and handles real estate transactions. The firm also represents clients in traffic court and criminal court matters, handling all types of criminal law cases including petty larceny, petty crimes, assault, battery, DWI, suspended license, and all other matters pertaining to the criminal court. Mr. Duskin is the current President of the Richmond County Bar Association.
