Mr. Frazetto was admitted to practice in February 2014, and is an Associate at the firm of Hall & Hall. He attended St. John's University and received his JD from Drexel Law in Philadelphia, PA.
Lauren DeMauro is an associate at Wolff & Samson. She assists on a wide variety of matters in different areas, including those within the firm’s Corporate and Securities; Corporate Travel; Litigation; Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation; Fidelity and Surety; and Financial Services Litigation Groups. Her experience includes reviewing, drafting and amending corporate agreements; enforcing restrictive covenants and other agreements; and responding to regulatory inquires related to the securities industry.
Lauren received her J.D. from William and Mary Law School and served as a member of the school’s Environmental Law and Policy Review. She earned her B.A. from Providence College, where she served as editor-in-chief of The Cowl, the college’s student newspaper.
Ernest A. Spivak is an associate at Caesar and Napoli, P.C. Mr. Spivak is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey. Mr. Spivak handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, falls, workplace injuries, medical malpractice, actions against municipalities and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Spivak is fluent in the Russian language and is committed to comprehensively addressing the specific needs of the firm's Russian-speaking clients.
Mr. Spivak holds a J.D. degree from The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a dual B.A. degree in economics and philosophy from Rutgers University. During law school, Mr. Spivak was an associate editor of the Hofstra Law Review and a member of the Hofstra Moot Court Board. Mr. Spivak was also a co-founder of the Hofstra Russian-American Law Students Association and served as president of the organization.
During law school, Mr. Spivak was a Public Justice Foundation Fellow and held several prestigious public service internships, including two summers with the Office of the New York State Attorney General, a semester with a senior district judge of the federal court for the Eastern District of New York and a semester with the general counsel's office of the New York City Patrolmen's Benevolent Association.
Mr. Spivak is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York County Lawyers' Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
