There has been a change in the season, but no change in the use of a Secure Pass at 130 Stuyvesant Place.  We wrote to the Commissioner of the Department of Citywide Administrative Services (they run the building), and when we receive the expected negative response, we will commence a legal proceeding.

Allyn Crawford has agreed to represent us and the legal research and paper work for an Article 78 Proceeding have already been completed.  As soon as we get the expected negative response from DCAS, the Article 78 Proceeding will be filed in Richmond County.  We expect a favorable result on the Article 78, but DCAS will surely appeal and the mere service of a notice of appeal by DCAS will result in an automatic stay.  We, of course, will seek an expedited appeal but any determination by the appellate court will be months away.

So we legal lemmings will have to continue to line up for the security checkpoint at 130 Stuyvesant Place for a few more months...until Justice prevails.
