Judge Maltese rules Port Authority must turn over toll-impact study.

A state Supreme Court judge Friday told the Port Authority it must give him the economic-impact study it commissioned to determine the effect bridge tolls have on truckers doing business with the New York Container Terminal.

Justice Joseph Maltese said in his ruling that he would inspect the information -- including raw data and any analyses or conclusions the P.A. has reached -- to determine whether it could be publicly released, in whole or in part.
