The Office of the New York City Comptroller is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide statutory 50-h hearings and ancillary services. Details, including minimum qualification requirements, conflict of interest provisions, scope of work, evaluation and selection criteria and proposal submission procedures, are described in a Request for Proposals (RFP) which is available for download on or about September 19, 2012 at http://comptroller.nyc.gov/bureaus/bla/rfps.shtm.
