NOTICE TO BAR Date: December 6, 2012 Re: Hurricane Sandy-Warrants of Eviction Until further notice, the following must accompany requests for a warrant of eviction: - an Affidavit of the Landlord, or managing agent of a corporate Landlord with actual knowledge, stating that all essential services have remained operational without interruption at the Premises or that essential services have been restored to the Premises after interruption as a result of Hurricane Sandy and that Respondents have neither been fatally injured nor are hospitalized.
